Brabec Custom Homes was founded by a civil engineer with a structural engineering background and is financially led by a CFO educated in mathematics and actuarial science. Supported by an operations team educated in construction science and construction engineering, we bring unmatched technical knowledge and clarity to the custom homebuilding process. That approach has resulted in award-winning, nationally recognized homes.
Leadership
Tyler Brabec, Founder
With a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and over a decade of hands-on experience in structurally designing and building luxury homes, Tyler brings unparalleled expertise and vision to Brabec Custom Homes. His deep understanding of structural engineering, building science, and architectural excellence ensures that each project surpasses the highest standards. Tyler was recently nominated to Fort Worth INC.’s 40 under 40. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors, watching sports, golfing, and relaxing with friends and family.
Kelsey Brabec, CFO
Kelsey holds a degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Actuarial Science from the University of Texas. She manages the company's finances among wearing many other hats. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys working out, shopping and caring for her three golden retrievers.
Operations
Talon, Project Executive
Talon brings more than a decade of experience in luxury residential construction. After studying Construction Science at Texas A&M University, he built his expertise through years of hands-on experience managing and executing high-end custom homes. Known for his leadership, communication, and attention to detail, Talon is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience while upholding the craftsmanship and quality that define Brabec Custom Homes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and baby and following sports.
Cason, Pre-cOnstruction
Cason holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and assists with all aspects of preconstruction, bidding, and drawing coordination at Brabec Custom Homes. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and thorough approach, Cason plays a key role in ensuring projects are well organized and accurately executed from the start. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and with his wife.
Austin, Project Manager
Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University. His technical expertise elevates our projects to the next level. In his free time, Austin enjoys trout fishing on the coast and spending time with his family.
Max, Project Manager
Max holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and has quickly become a valuable part of the Brabec Custom Homes team through his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, and golfing.
Chase, Project Manager
Chase holds a degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and brings experience managing detailed, fast-paced construction projects. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving ability, Chase is committed to delivering a high level of execution on every project. Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness, sports, and the outdoors and enjoys spending time with his wife.
Aric, Project Executive - Commercial COnstruction
Aric oversees all commercial and industrial projects for us and holds a degree in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas. His exceptional planning skills, attention to detail, and passion for building make him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Aric enjoys wakeboarding, working on cars, and off-roading.
Hadyn, Project Engineer - Commercial COnstruction
Hadyn holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and oversees on-site supervision of our commercial projects in the field. Known for his leadership, organization, and ability to run a tight ship on-site, Hadyn plays a key role in keeping projects operating efficiently and at a high standard. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness and spending time with his fiancée.
